She wears bracelets, necklace, anklets, armlets, girdle and a cloth through her legs. Across the top of the image from left to right there is a linga, bull, and a lion's face. The lion could be the vehicle of the goddess.

Subject: Lajja Gauri with other figures (bull, devotee, lion): This multifigured plaque has an armless and lotus-headed Lajja Gauri, a devotee and a lion face on the left edge and a bull that faces a linga. Lajja Gauri wears a girdle, anklets and has a lotus necklace and she has a cloth woven through her legs.

Subject: Lajja Gauri: This is a unique figure of Lajja Gauri where the goddess is in uttanapad pose (birth giving) and has a lotus head. Her unique feature is that out of the fully blossomed head there grows to either side a lotus stalk with a bud and the stalk touches the top of each raised knee such as the arms touching the knees in other forms.

Subject: Lajja Gauri with other figures (bull, devotee, lion): In this multi figured plaque, above Lajja Gauri's bent knees and to the left is the small face of a lion, to the right a side view of a small couchant bull, and to the far right, we see a large kneeling devotee with hands in adoration. The lion face, the lotus head, and the bull are of equal size and in a line.

Subject: Lajja Gauri with Ganesha and a devotee: This stone panel carved in the wall of a stepwell contains an image of anthropomorphic Lajja Gauri. The goddess holds lotus flowers to either side of her head. Her coiffure is richly elaborated and she wears beaded ornaments. This image included a lotus base beneath the goddess and an eave with chaitya arched overhead. If anything was to her right it is now lost, but to her left is a kneeling female devotee and Ganesha above the devotee.

Subject: Lajja Gauri: This is one of the rare human-headed images of Lajja Gauri that serves as a part of border decoration around a ceiling panel of Siva in the Huchchapayya temple at Aihole.

The image is kept by a small shrine called Lakulisa mandira on the southeast of the main temple at the site, the Makutesvara (or Mahakutesvara) temple, dedicated to Siva. The image of Lajja Gauri is lotus headed with a human female body. The legs are in uttanapad (birth giving) pose, the anklets are tasseled and the small lotus flowers held by the large lotus "head" are open, not buds.
