Subject: Rasakadam Cotton Saree. A white saree with a traditional red anchal (end) with fish and flower motifs and border. This object was procured from Sambalpuri Bastralaya Handloom Co-operative Society Ltd.

Subject: Baulamala Cotton Saree. This saree has a plain body and the body is ornamented with 'Baulamala' that is a string of flowers. This object was procured from Sambalpuri Bastralaya Handloom Co-operative Society Ltd.

Subject: Alpana Saree. Alpana is a traditional Odia white art mostly shown in rural areas of Odisha. It is made during festivals like marriage, Manabasa Gurubara and Raja Praba. The traditional alpana design has been utilized used to make saree prints. This saree has been procured by weaver Iswar Meher.

Subject: Patli Saree (Lal Border). A patli saree is where the body is of one color but the pleats and anchal are of another. It is also known as 'half and half' saree and may have two colors or designs dividing the saree in half. This saree was procured from weaver Bhagabana Meher.

Subject: Jhoti Bandha Kuthi Saree. Jhoti Chitta is a traditional Odia white art mostly shown in rural areas of Odisha. It is made during festivals like marriage, Manabasa Gurubara and Raja Praba. The tradition of jhoti chitas has been utilized used to make saree prints. This saree has laxmipada (feet of Goddess Lakshmi) and Jhoti design all over the body and anchal. Subject: Traditional Bomkai Silk Saree. The Bomkai saree got its name from the Bomkai village in Odisha. The original and traditional weaving of a Bomkai saree was made in low-count cotton yarn which is usually, coarse, heavy and dyed in intense colors. The weaving of the saree follows the tie and dye method and the procedure used in Bomkai pattern, in the saree, is known as Jala technique. The saree has a temple border design and floral motifs on the anchal (end). This saree was procured from Chaturbhuj Meher.

Subject: Bichitrapuri Sakta Cotton Saree. The Bichitrapuri saree is woven in red, black and white by weavers of Bargarh, Odisha. It has a traditional anchal with motifs of flower, swan, deer, creepers, conch , deer and elephant.
