Gouranga is another name for Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, the 16th century Bengali Saint and founder of Gaudiya Vaishnavism. ‘Sadabhuja Gouranga’ refers to that form of Lord Gouranga when he displayed his six arms (Two playing a flute, One having a stick, One having kamandalu, Two hands having bow and arrow).
