A famous Kissa of Umar Marvi from Western Rajasthan and Sindh region in which the female protagonist Marvi is abducted by the king and imprisoned in the Umarkot fort because she is not willing to marry him. A Kissa is a folk tale, a fable. It is a oral-tradition of Punjabi, Sindhi language.
